George Cummings/Linlithgow

Two men's and one ladies team took part in last weekends relays held at Houston in Renfrewshire. The Ladies team of Bernadette, Erica and Yvonne performed  above expectations finishing  6 out of 14 teams and winning the silver medal for the Renfrewshire Relay Championship. The men's A team performed well finishing 19 TH overall out of 34 complete teams unfortunately the B team was one runner short. Special mention to Bryan L who had a blistering first leg to hand over in 11th place .

Meanwhile, at the Linlithgow 10 km, a great run by Al to finish in 4th place at Linlithgow in a time of 35.32 and his final tune up for next weeks Loch Ness Marathon. David H was also spotted in hot pursuit. Thanks as ever to Kenneth for the photos.
