Welcome to the Bella website

Bellahouston Harriers founded in 1892. During its long, prestigious history, the club has won numerous trophies at District and National level and can even boast the occasional Olympian. The club enters teams in most Scottish road-race and cross-country events throughout the season, however, there are several members who run just for fun and to stay fit. New members, whatever their standard are always welcome and are assured of a friendly welcome from all members of the club.

Visitor's notice

We are based at Cartha QP Rugby Club, Dumbreck Road, just on the edge of Pollok Park. The club has excellent facilities - changing rooms (m & f), a small weights room, physio, a large bar and committee room. The club is open to members most evenings, and during the day at weekends.

Welcome to Cameron (age 9) who completed the gardens run plus the bambi hill route. He out sprinted Erica at the finish !

Track Session at Nethercraigs

There will be a track session on Tuesday at Nethercraigs for those interested in speed,speed,speed. The cost is £2.50 per adult paid at the venue. Phone Iain for info on 07836702478 - meeting as normal at Cartha. PS. females crop tops now available for £16 - see Erica.

After the ultra marathon of the West Highland Way, this week, a sprint round Glasgow Green. Well done to Erica, Neil, Iain, Emma (who set a PB) and Bryan. There were approximately 1200 other runners .
