Vests are appearing all over Scotland , The Harriers even had a vest at Seb Coe,s table on Saturday night at Scottish Athletics Awards Dinner in Glasgow. Says hes comming to next Time Trial.

I think his handicap could be the definitive scratch time, i'll put him off 30 secs in front of Jo, i did spot her doing some secret training along Mosspark Boulevard at 3pm today so i reckon she is fit enough to run him down.
