Training

The club training sessions for this Summer are as follows: 

  • Tuesdays, 7:00 pm - speed session around Pollok Park or at Nethercraigs track - dates and details in file below
  • Thursdays, 6:30 pm  - steady 5 or 6 mile run, fast and slow groups
  • Saturdays, 10:00 am - steady run around Pollok Park

All sessions start from Cartha. For midweek sessions we all assemble just inside the main entrance 5 minutes beforehand. Saturdays, we meet in the car-park.
