Training

The main club training sessions are as follows: 

  • Tuesdays, 7:00 pm - speed sessions around Pollokshields or Bellahouston Park - dates and details in file below
  • Thursdays, 6:30 pm  - steady 5 to 7 mile run, fast and slow groups

These sessions start from Cartha - assemble just inside the main entrance 5 minutes beforehand. 

Other regular sessions include Saturdays, 10.00 am,  4.5 miles around Pollok Park, and a longer run on Sunday mornings. Check during the week, or on the forum for further details.
